安徽省高校图书馆网上参考咨询服务调查研究

摘要 为全面了解安徽省高校图书馆网上参考咨询服务水平,对安徽省33所本科院校图书馆进行系统的调查分析。结果显示,提供E-mail咨询或表单咨询服务的有18所,占总院校数的54.5%;提供实时咨询服务的有21所,占63.6%;提供FAQ咨询服务的有25所,占75.6%;提供留言板服务的有19所,占57.6%。并针对如何提高网上参考咨询服务质量,提出具体的策略,包括扩大参考咨询服务的影响力、提高咨询员水平、增加技能培训、构建信息资源库和适当推广联合参考咨询等。 In order to comprehensively understand the internet reference service level of university libraries in Anhui province, a systematic investigation and analysis is conducted on the thirty-three undergraduate university libraries in Anhui province. It can be seen from the result that, there are eighteen university libraries providing E-mail consultation or form reference service, 54.5 percent of all the data. Twenty-one university libraries provide chat reference service, occupy 63.6%. Twenty-five libraries offer FAQ service, account for 75.6%. Nineteen university libraries offer message board, account for 57.6%. According to the result, some specific methods, such as enlarging effect, increasing the level of consultants, constructing information resource database, extending cooperative service, etc. are introduced to improve the quality of internet reference service in this paper.
