Reflections on Some Problems of the Model Education of Young Srudents in Colleges

榜样教育在青年学生成长过程中发挥了重要作用,新形势下的高校青年学生榜样教育面临着重大挑战。作者梳理了榜样教育的重要作用和现状,针对当前大学生对于榜样以及榜样教育的认识进行了调查,结合调查结果总结当前学生的榜样教育观,并提出了当前榜样教育工作中应该注意的方面。

Model education plays an important role in the growth of young students, and the model education of young colleges students in the new situation is facing a major challenge. The author carding the important role and present situation of model education, and were investigated the current colleges students＇ understanding of the model and module education, summary students＇ role model education combination survey result,and put forward the aspects that education work should pay attention.
