本文探讨了校企协同搭建基于教学工厂的现代学徒制模式的协同育人和技术服务平台、组建以行业专家领衔的校企汇编教学团队、创设校内教学工厂,创新人才培养模式、共享教学资源与共评学生能力等,实现学校专业课程教学与企业对人才需求无缝连接。

This paper discusses the school enterprise cooperation to buiht the teaching factory of the modern apprenticeship mode collaborative education and technical service platform, set up enterprise compilation of teaching learn, teaching the creation of factory to industry experts led based on the innovation of training mode, and evaluation of students ability of sharing teaching resources, school teaching and enterprises to achieve the demand for talent seamless connection.
