摘要
随着知识经济的快速发展,科技资源已经成为地区之间竞争中一种不可或缺的战略资源。各地区政府对科技资源在区域内是否能得到很好地集聚给予了高度重视,能否科学地评价区域科技资源的集聚能力成为推动区域科技资源集聚效率提升的关键。基于此,采用网络层次分析法构建科技资源集聚能力评价体系,以我国31个省级行政区(不含港澳台地区)的科技资源集聚能力为例进行实证研究,以期为各区域进一步开展相关工作提供理论与实践支撑。
With the rapid development of knowledge economy, technology has become necessary strategic resources in re- gional competition. Governments in each area highly emphasizes the effective accumulation of technology resources. Scien- tific assessment and evaluation on the potential of technology resources accumulation in an area is essential to improve the efficacy of reginal resources accumulation. Therefore, by taking the quantitative research about the potential of technology resources accumulation in 31 provinces as evidence, this article employs Analytic Network Process (ANP) and develops an evaluation system for the ability of technology resource accumulation. The study in this article would provide both theoretical and empirical support for further research covering more provinces and cities.
