江苏省金融发展与产业结构升级研究

An Empirical Study on Financial Development for the Upgrading of Industrial Structure in Jiangsu Province

面对经济发展新常态,江苏省在"十三五"规划中明确提出要加快构建现代产业新体系,使省内产业迈向中高端水平,实现产业结构的优化升级,因此,研究如何发挥金融发展对江苏省产业结构升级的促进作用具有现实意义。在选取衡量江苏省金融发展与产业结构升级的各项指标以及在对各变量进行协整检验的基础上构建VAR模型,并对金融发展与产业结构升级之间的关系进行格兰杰因果检验。研究结果表明:江苏省金融发展与产业结构升级之间存在长期均衡关系,金融发展是促进江苏省产业结构升级的格兰杰原因,是江苏省产业结构优化升级的重要助推器。据此提出江苏省更好地利用金融发展加快地区产业结构转型升级的对策。

In the face of the economic development of the new normal, the 13th Five -Year Plan of Jiangsu province clear- ly puts forward to speed up the building of a new system of modern industry in order to promote the industry in the province to a higher level and realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, the study on how to make the financial development promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu province has realistic significance. In this ar- ticle, based on the selected indicators of financial support and upgrade of industrial structure in Jiangsu province and the cointegration test on the various variables, the VAR model is built and Granger causality test is made. The results show that there is a long - term equilibrium relationship between the financial support and upgrade of industrial structure in Jiangsu province ; financial support is a Granger cause of promoting the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu province ; finan- cial support is an important booster to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure in Jiangsu province. Accordingly, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the better use of financial development to speed up the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu province.
