基于ISM模型的企业家精神系统核心内涵分析

Analysis on the Core Elements of Entrepreneurship Based on ISM Model

企业家精神是一个开放、动态发展、具有层次性、包含丰富要素的精神系统。首先对企业家精神系统的构成要素进行辨识与厘定,然后用ISM方法建立企业家精神要素的解释结构模型,发现竞争精神是企业家精神的核心要素,进而对这一异于常见的发现从理论上加以辩护与阐释,澄清几个错误的观念和不清晰的认识。最后指出,基于对企业家精神的核心要素——竞争精神的认识,国家应该按照市场经济的要义——公平竞争,去营造一个鼓励合法公平自由竞争的环境,让企业家精神得以生长与彰显。

Entrepreneur spirit is an open, dynamic development system including the rich elements and multiple levels. What is the relationship between the spiritual elements？ Is there a central element？ In this paper, the ISM method is used to establish the structural model of entrepreneurial spirit, trying to clarify the logical relationship among the elements. The article finds that the spirit of competition is the core element of entrepreneurship. The article has carried on the defense and the explanation to the conclusion theoretically. Finally, according to this conclusion the paper puts forward that our country should create a competitive environment to encourage the fair and free competition which is the essence of market economy.
