基于AFAR企业本体的医院信息系统业务架构应用

HIS Business Architecture Based on AFAR Enterprise Ontology

企业架构提供一个构建企业战略、业务和IT技术之间的集成视角。企业本体是将本体理论应用于企业管理领域,建立知识共享和不同系统互操作的通信基础。基于企业本体理论,提出AFAR企业本体,包括5个公理和1个定理以及表示企业本体知识的4个特征模型和特征模型开发方法,并以某医院信息系统业务架构为实例构建其业务架构施动者交易图和业务流程过程结构图。研究结果表明,企业本体使企业的运作透明,从而得到一种被整个组织所理解和共享的共同语言。

With the increasingly development of informatization, there are many problems such as isolated information, chimney applications, waste resources and so on. Enterprise architecture represents a new way of thinking about the enter- prise, and a new way of managing it and all of its assets including IT. Existing enterprise architectures framework and its outputs, however, lack semantics for humans and systems to understand them exactly and commonly, which causes commu- nication problems between humans or between systems or between human and system. These communication problems curb enterprises from implementing integration and collaborating with other enterprises. In order to solve the problem, the enter- prise architecture based on AFAR enterprise ontology is suggested. The research uses enterprise ontology theory and the modeling method including four aspect models and six modeling steps. It takes the hospital information system business ar- chitecture as the example and builds up its Interaction Model （IAM） of Construction Model （CM） and Process Model （PM）.
