我国蔬菜价格研究进展

Review of Vegetable Prices of China

我国作为世界上最大蔬菜生产国和消费国,多年来蔬菜价格跌宕起伏,引起各界广泛关注。自1988年"菜篮子"工程启动以来,国内关于蔬菜价格的研究内容不断深化、形式逐渐多样,呈现多角度、多层级、理论与实证、定性与定量的研究体系。该研究沿着蔬菜价格形成-传导-波动-趋势预测-波动效果-稳定对策这一脉络,对国内有关蔬菜价格研究成果进行了梳理分析,指出当前研究的不足,展望未来蔬菜价格可能的研究方向,基于大数据时代背景,简略勾画未来研究方法体系,以期为未来蔬菜市场研究提供借鉴与参考。

Over the years,the ups and downs of vegetable prices caused widespread concern,China as the worldrs largest producer and consumer of vegetables. Since the start of the ＇vegetable basket＇ project in 1988,the domestic research on the price of vegetables has been continuously deepened,gradually enriching the form, showing a multiple perspectives, multi-level, theoretical and empirical, qualitative and quantitative research system. This study reviewed the literatures follows such a research context： Vegetable price fornmtion-Conduction mechanism Price fluctuation-Trend forecast- Stability measures. This study summed up the domestic vegetable price research results, pointing out the lack of current research,looking to the future prices of vegetables possible research direction, based on the background, and briefly outlined a framework for future research,providing reference for the future development of vegetable market.
