热电池用CoS_2薄膜电极的制备及性能研究

摘要 以CoSO_4及Na_2S_2作为原料,采用共沉淀-烧结制备了CoS2粉体材料。利用XRD、SEM及DSC对产物进行了研究。采用等离子喷涂技术制备了CoS2薄膜,对薄膜的物相、形貌及单体电池放电性能进行了研究。研究表明,制备的粉体为纯的CoS2,且在最高温度700℃下均有良好的热稳定性。涂层薄膜为纯的CoS2,喷涂过程中CoS2未发生明显的分解,200mA/cm2恒流放电时,单体电池放电电压为1.99~2.02V,单体电池放电比容量为232mAh/g。 CoSO4 and Na2S2 as raw materials,CoS2 powder was prepared using the method of coprecipitationsintering.XRD,SEM and DSC were used to characterize the product.CoS2 thin film was prepared by plasma spraying technology.Film phase,morphology and single cell discharge performance were studied.Studies have shown that the powder was pure CoS2,and had good thermal stability at a maximum temperature of 700 ℃.The coating film was pure CoS2,CoS2 was not decomposed obviously in the process of spraying.When discharge at 200mA/cm^2 constant current,single battery discharge voltage was 1.99-2.02 V,discharge capacity of single battery was 232mAh/g.
