高折射率LED封装用含氢硅油的制备与研究 被引量:1

摘要 以四甲基含氢环四硅氧烷(DH4)、甲基苯基环四硅氧烷(DPh4)为原料,含氢双封头(HMMH)为封端剂,酸性阳离子树脂为催化剂,开环聚合生成含氢硅油。研究了反应时间、温度及催化剂浓度对产物黏度的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,制备了不同苯基含量的含氢硅油,测定其折射率及黏度,进行了红外光谱、核磁性能表征,结果表明苯基含量越高,折射率和黏度越高。以此法合成的含氢硅油为原料,进一步制备了折射率为1.524,透光率达到95%的固体透明有机硅树脂。 Hydro-polysiloxane was prepared by ring-opening polymerization reaction of 1,3,5,7-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxan(DH4),1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-tetraphenyl-cyclotetrasiloxan(DPh4)and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxan(HMMH)using acidity cation exchange resin.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and catalyst dosage on viscosity of hydro-silicone oil were studied and the best reaction conditions were determined.Then several different phenyl content for hydro-silicone oil were synthesized and tested for viscosity and index of refraction,characterized by FTIR spectra and 1 H-NMR spectra.The results showed that the product with higher phenyl content exhibited enhanced viscosity and index of refraction.A kind of transparent solid organic silicon resin whose index of refraction was1.524 and transmittance was 95% was prepared based on this hydro-silicone oil.
