摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶燃烧法制备Z型铁氧体,并借助XRD、SEM以及网络矢量分析仪等测试手段研究热处理条件对于Z型铁氧体晶型形成的影响。结果表明,Z型铁氧体不能由原料直接升温制得,而是由M型与Y型铁氧体固溶而成,且先在450℃保温2h再在1250℃下保温5h得到的Z型铁氧体的纯度最高。
In this study,we use the sol-gel combustion to prepare the Z-type ferrite,and study the effects of different calcination temperature for Z-type ferrite crystal′s formation by means of XRD,SEM and network vector analyzers and other testing methods.The results showed that,Z-type ferrite can not be prepared directly from the starting temperature,but by the M-type and Y type ferrite solid solution formed.We can obtain a Z-type ferrite which has the highest purity by calcined at 450 ℃incubated 2hours and then kept at 1250 ℃for 5hours.
