摘要
发展了一种利用原位水热法,通过采用壳聚糖/SiO_2复合涂层对载体表面修饰和改性,实现在载体表面获得密度高且均一b-轴取向MFI型分子筛晶粒层的方法。考察了复合涂层中壳聚糖/SiO2质量比、分子筛合成液配比及晶化时间对取向晶种层的影响规律。结果表明,壳聚糖与SiO_2质量比为0.15、分子筛合成液配比为1TPAOH∶0.2TEOS∶90H2O、170℃反应3h时,在玻璃载体表面得到连续、致密且高度b-轴取向的MFI型分子筛晶种层。
This paper developed an in-situ hydrothermal method to obtain high density,uniform and b-oriented MFI molecular sieve grain layer on glass which was modified by chitosan/SiO2 composite coating.Effects of mass ratio of chitosan/SiO2,molar ratio of synthesis system,and crystallization time to the oriented crystallization were investigated in detail.Results showed that the continuous,dense and highly b-oriented MFI type molecular sieve grain layers were successfully obtained by hydrothermal treatment at 170 ℃ for 3h,with chitosan/SiO2 mass ratio of 0.15 and synthesis system of 1TPAOH∶0.2TEOS∶90H2O.
