摘要
采用碳化法制备改性碳酸钙,考察了碳化温度、添加剂用量、Ca(OH)2浓度、CO2浓度等关键工艺条件对碳酸钙粒径的影响,利用沉降法、比表面积、SEM、XRD等测试技术对产物进行了表征。结果表明:当碳化温度为50℃、添加剂用量为1%、CO2浓度为100%、Ca(OH)2浓度为12%时,制备出了晶型为方解石型,平均粒径为4.82μm,粒度范围为2.71~6.95μm,比表面积为11.57m2·g-1的改性碳酸钙,同时对添加剂的作用机理进行了讨论。
Modified calcium carbonate were synthesized by gas-liquid carbonization method and were analyzed by settling analysis,specific surface area SEM,TEM,etc.The effects of initial carbonation temperature,the amount of additives,the concentration of Ca(OH)2and CO2 were studied.The results showed that the modified calcite CaCO3 with average particle size of 4.82μm,particle size in the range of 2.71-6.95μm and the specific surface area of11.57m2·g-1 could be prepared at the carbonization temperature of 50 ℃,the additive amount of 1%,the CO2 concentration of 100% and with the Ca(OH)2concentration of 12%.Furthermore,the mechanism of CaCO3 particles in the presence of the additive was discussed.
