NaOH改性沙蒿作粘结剂对型煤和兰炭强度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以低变质粉煤为原料,NaOH改性沙蒿为粘结剂,采用冷压成型和中温干馏制备了型煤和兰炭。分别讨论了改性温度、NaOH浓度、改性时间对型煤和兰炭强度性能的影响,并采用正交实验对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:随着改性温度的升高,NaOH浓度的增加,改性时间的延长,型煤和兰炭的落下强度、抗压强度均呈现出先增加后下降的变化规律。正交试验结果表明,NaOH改性沙蒿作为粘结剂的适宜条件为:改性温度80℃,NaOH浓度1.2%,改性时间65min。随着该条件下制备的粘结剂含量的增加,型煤和兰炭的抗压强度呈现出先增加而后减低的变化趋势,粘结剂的质量百分含量为15%时,型煤和兰炭的抗压强度最大,兰炭的抗压强度和落下强度分别为3695N/ball、91.6%。 The briquette and semi-coke were prepared with low metamorphic coal powder as raw material and NaOH modified artemisia desertorum as binder by cold pressing and middle temperature carbonization.The influence of modified temperature,NaOH concentration and modified time on the strength of the briquette and semi-coke was studied,respectively.The process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the strength of the briquette and semi-coke increased first and then decreased with the increasing of modification temperature,NaOH concentration and modification time.The optimal modification conditions obtained by the orthogonal experiment were modification temperature of 80 ℃,NaOH concentration of 1.2% and modification time 65 min.Under this condition,the compressive strength of the briquette and semi-coke increased first and then decreased with the increasing of the binder content.When the mass percent content of binder is 15%,the compressive strength of briquette and semi-coke reaches maximum,the compressive strength and drop strength of semi-coke reach 3695 N/ball and91.6%,respectively.
