摘要
碳纳米管(CNTs)因独特的结构及优异的物理化学性质成为增强铜基复合材料的理想强化相。然而,分散性和界面结合问题是制备高性能CNTs/Cu复合材料所需要解决的首要问题,机械分散和化学修饰是解决上述问题的主要途径,也是一切后续成形和加工的基础。综述了国内外CNTs/Cu复合材料制备工艺研究现状,探讨了复合材料制备工艺存在的问题和解决思路以及未来的发展前景。
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have excellent physical and chemical properties for their special and unique structure,so that CNTs can be an ideal reinforcement for cooper matrix composites. However, the dispersion of CNTs and the interracial bonding between CNTs and copper matrix are the primary issues for fabricating CNTs/Cu composites with high performance. Mechanical dispersion and chemical modification are the principal methods to solve these above issues, and also the foundation of subsequent forming. The preparation processes of CNTs/Cu composites at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed. Furthermore, prospects, problems and the corresponding solutions for the preparation processes of CNTs/Cu composites are introduced.
