摘要
利用稀土Ln=Y/Yb对Sm_2Zr_2O_7进行A位取代掺杂,通过固相合成法制得Sm1.8Ln0.2Zr2O7(Ln=Y/Yb)陶瓷材料。分别利用XRD分析材料的晶体结构,SEM观察其显微形貌,激光导热仪测试其热扩散系数并计算得到热导率。结果表明,Sm1.8Ln0.2Zr2O7(Ln=Y/Yb)陶瓷材料为立方烧绿石结构,晶粒分布均匀,Yb^(3+)/Y^(3+)的掺杂降低了陶瓷材料的热扩散系数和热导率,其中Yb的作用更为明显。
In this paper, Ln2 O3 (Ln= Y/Yb) were doped into Sm2 Zr2 O7 ceramics to prepare Sm1. 8 Ln0. Zr2 O7ceramics by solid phase synthesis method. The phase structure, morphology and thermal conductivities of the ceramic materials were characterized by XRD, SEM and Laserflash thermal analyzer respectively. The results show that Sm1. 8-Ln0. 2 Zr2 O7 ceramics are mainly consist of pyrochlore structure, the size of grains distribute evenly, the thermal diffusivities and conductivites of the ceramics decrease while doped with Y3+ especially the Yb3+.
