摘要
对以环氧树脂为基体,不同混纺比的洋麻/棉混纺织物为增强体所制备的复合材料进行力学性能测试,从而优选最佳洋麻/棉混纺比。然后对最佳混纺比的洋麻/棉混纺织物进行阻燃处理,并测试其增强环氧树脂复合材料力学性能。结果表明,洋麻/棉(40/60)混纺织物增强环氧树脂复合材料力学性能最优,其拉伸强度和模量分别为101.9MPa和6.16GPa;弯曲强度和模量分别为189.64MPa和12.14GPa;剪切强度为17.47MPa。经过阻燃处理的洋麻/棉(40/60)混纺织物增强环氧树脂复合材料其拉伸强度和模量分别为67.85 MPa和5.81GPa;弯曲强度和模量分别为126.02 MPa和8.96GPa;剪切强度为13.62MPa;阻燃性能为自息时间0s,损毁长度4cm;其性能满足汽车零件性能要求,具有一定的实际应用性。
In this paper, composites of epoxy resin as the matrix, different ratio kenaf/cotton blended fabric as reinforcement were made, then got the best kenaf/cotton blended ratio by testing the mechanical properties. The best kenaf/cotton ratio fabric was treated by fire-retardant and the mechanical properties were tested. The results show kenaf/cotton blended fabric reinforced epoxy composite have the max mechanical properties. The tensile strength and modulus are 101.9 MPa, 6. 16 GPa. The flexural strength and modulus are 189. 64 MPa, 12. 14 GPa. The shear strength is 17. 47 MPa. The propeties of after retardant treatment kenaf/cotton (40/60) blended fabric reinforced epoxy composite have tensile strength of 67. 85 MPa and modulus of 5. 81 GPa, flexural strength and modulus of 126.02 MPa, 8. 96 GPa, The shear strength is 13.62 MPa. Retardant properties of self-extinguishing time is 0 s, and damage length is 4 crn. The properties of composite can meet performance requirements of auto parts. It has some practical application.
