摘要
采用循环伏安法(CV)在316L不锈钢基体上制备了聚苯胺/石墨烯双层复合涂层,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDAX)对涂层进行了微观结构表征,并采用电化学交流阻抗(EIS)、动电位扫描,结合腐蚀形貌观察,分析了涂层在1mol/L H2SO4中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,该法可在316L不锈钢表面获得较为致密的复合涂层,与空白不锈钢和单层聚苯胺(PANI)薄膜覆盖的不锈钢相比,聚苯胺/石墨烯膜覆盖的316L不锈钢耐蚀性明显提高,在质子交换膜燃料电池双极板中具有良好的应用前景。
A polyaniline/graphene double layer coating was prepared on a stainless steel bipolar plate substrateby cyclic vohammetry (CV) method. The micro-structure of the composite film was characterized by Fourier trans- form infrared (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and EDX analysis. And the corrosion resistance of the coating was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and potentiodynamic scanning in a 1 mol/L H2 SO4 solution. The results suggest that a compact composite double-layer film can be successfully prepared on the surface of stainless steel by the proposed CV method. Compared with blank and PANI single-layer coated stainless steel, polyaniline/graphene coated stainless steel has greatly improved corrosion resistance, possessing good applica tion prospect for metallic PEMFC bipolar plates.
