静电场时效对GH4169合金组织演化的影响

摘要 对GH4169合金在不同温度时效条件下施加8kV/cm静电场,以揭示静电场加载对合金组织演化的影响规律。结果表明,在时效过程中施加静电场可诱发合金原子加速热振动,使合金空位团簇比例上升以及空位数量增加,基体空位数量的大幅上升也导致了时效合金较为严重的晶格畸变。合金原子在静电场时效诱导下的加速热振动可促进原子的加速短程扩散,造成静电场时效合金中γ′和γ″相发生粗化。 In order to reveal the effect of electric field treatment (EFT) on microstructures of the alloy, an 8 kV/cm electric field was applied on GH4169 superalloy during aging at various temperatures. The results indicate that the accelerated atomic vibration can be induced by the application of EFT during aging, which leads to an increase in both the percentage of vacancy clusters and the vacancy quantity, moreover, the obvious increase in the vacancy quantity also causes the severe lattice distortion in the aged alloy. In addition, the accelerated atomic vibration induced by EFT enhances the short range diffusion of atoms in the matrix, resulting in the accelerated coarsening of γ′andγ″ phases in the aged alloy.
