摘要
为了分析不同类型高模量沥青混合料的适用场合,采用50#沥青和PRM、PRS两种聚合物改性剂分别制取高模量沥青混合料。通过对高温性能、水稳性能、低温性能和模量特性的研究,结合试验结果和我国气候区划,提出了这3种高模量沥青混合料的适用场合。试验结果表明:高温条件对70#+PRS沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响最小;50#沥青混合料的低温性能相对较好,70#+PRS和70#+PRM沥青混合料的低温性能较差;50#沥青混合料的静态模量最大,70#+PRM沥青混合料的10 Hz和1 Hz动态模量最大;50#沥青混合料适用于夏热、冬冷地区,70#+PRM沥青混合料适用于冬季气温较高地区和重载、长大上坡等特殊路段,70#+PRS沥青混合料适用于夏炎热、冬温地区。
In order to analyze the applicable situation of different kinds of high modulus asphalt mixture(HMAM),the HMAMs are made using asphalt grade 50 and 2 polymer modifiers(PRM and PRS).Through researching high temperature performance,moisture sensitivity,low temperature performance,and modulus property of the HMAM,based on the test result and the climate regionalization in China,the applicable satiations of these 3 kinds of HMAM are put forward. The test result indicates that(1) high temperature condition has less effect on the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture grade 70 + PRS;(2)asphalt mixture grade 50 has better low temperature performance than those of asphalt mixture grade 70 + PRS and asphalt mixture grade 70 + PRM;(3) asphalt mixture grade 50 has the largest static modulus,while asphalt mixture grade 70 + PRM has the largest dynamic moduli at 10 Hz and 1 Hz frequencies;(4) asphalt mixture grade 50 is suitable for summer-hot and winter-cold regions,asphalt mixture grade 70 + PRM is suitable for special sections such as high temperature area in winter and heavy load,long uphill road section,and asphalt mixture grade 70 + PRS is suitable for summer-sizzler and winter-warm regions.
