考虑路面不平度和速度分布的用户目标载荷谱构建方法 被引量:8

A Method for Constructing Customer Target Load Spectrum Considering Distribution of Road Roughness and Velocity

摘要 为了提高用户可靠性目标载荷谱的真实性和有效性,提出一种考虑路面不平度和行驶速度分布的载荷谱构建方法。根据国标GB/T7031—2005将道路划分为8种类型,将车辆行驶速度划分为n个区间,分析8种道路类型上各个速度区间所占总里程的比例。利用8种道路类型上各种行驶速度下的单位里程载荷时间历程,结合用户速度分布,采用雨流计数法构建用户百公里标准载荷谱,进而根据用户目标总里程外推至用户目标载荷谱。结果表明,基于路面不平度和车速分布构建的用户目标载荷谱更加真实有效地反映了用户的实际使用工况。 In order to improve the authenticity and effectiveness of customer reliability target load spectrum,a method for constructing load spectrum based on distribution of road roughness and velocity is presented. The road is divided into 8 types according to GB/T7031—2005,and the velocity of vehicle is divided into n intervals,and the percentage of every velocity interval on the 8 types of road in the total mileage is analyzed.According to the load time history of unit mileage on the 8 types of road at different velocities and combining with the user velocity distribution,100 km standard load spectrum is constructed using the rain flow counting method,and then the user target load spectrum is extrapolated with the user target total mileage. The result shows that the constructed customer target load spectrum based on road roughness and velocity distribution can more accurately and effectively reflect the customer actual operating condition.
