摘要
目的观察中药加矿物质热敷预防手术后瘢痕增生的临床效果。方法 145例手术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组术后均按常规换药、拆线。治疗组在伤口愈合拆线后2周采用以没药、川芎、羌活、透骨草等为主要成分的18味中药组方与矿物质(氯化钠、硫酸钠、硫酸镁、硫酸钙、偏硼酸、锶离子等)按比例混合,对愈合伤口行热敷治疗。对照组在伤口愈合拆线后自然恢复。两组在拆线后6周及6个月来院随访。结果拆线后6周随访,治疗组有效率55.26%,对照组有效率47.83%,经χ~2检验,差异有高度统计学意义(χ~2=184.69,P<0.01)。拆线后6个月随访,治疗组有效率94.74%,对照组有效率84.06%,经χ~2检验,差异有高度统计学意义(χ~2=86.48,P<0.01)。结论中药加矿物质热敷可预防术后伤口瘢痕增生,临床效果明显。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and mineral substance to prevent postoperative scar hypertrophy.Methods 145 sufferers after operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both groups were given route dressing change and stitch re- moval.The treatment group, two weeks after stitch removal of wound healing, were given hot compress proportionally mixed with 18 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) formula of myrrh, ligusticum wallichii,notopterygium in- cisum, speranskia tuberculata and so on, and mineral substances including sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, calcium sulfate, metaborate, and strontium ions to prevent postoperative scar hypertrophy.The control group were left to spontaneous recovery after stitch removal of wound healing.Both groups came to hospital for follow-up visit after 6 weeks and 6 months.Results Follow-up visit after 6 weeks showed the effective rate of the treatment group was 55.26%, while it was 47.83% in the control group. χ2 test showed the differences were of great statistical significance (χ2 = 184.69, P 〈 0.01).Follow-up visit after 6 months showed the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74% ,while it was 84.06% in the control group. χ2 test showed the differences were of great statistical signifi- cance( χ2 = 86.48,P〈0.01).Conclusion Hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and mineral sub- stances can prevent postoperative scar hypertrophy, with obvious clinical effect.
