中药联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后女性性功能障碍30例临床观察

Clinical observation on TCM with biofeedback electric stimulation therapy to treat 30 cases of postpartum female sexual dysfunction

目的观察中药联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后女性性功能障碍30例的临床效果。方法所有患者都进行了产后性健康教育,对照组采用口服自拟中药汤剂,观察组在口服中药的基础上采用法国神经肌肉刺激(PHENIX U4)治疗仪进行生物反馈电刺激治疗,两组均治疗1个疗程,治疗后对盆底肌力进行对比。两组患者均于治疗前后参与性功能问卷调查和彩超测量Valsalva氏动作后肛提肌裂口面积大小。并连续随访2个月进行对比。结果两组患者经过治疗1个疗程后,显示出患者在自身肌电位水平下其盆底综合肌力恢复要明显优于治疗前(P<0.01),同时观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组经过治疗1个月后高水平的性生活质量占76.67%,与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),2个月后高水平的性生活质量又提升到93.33%,与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗1个月后和2个月后盆底彩超测量Valsalva氏动作后肛提肌裂口面积大小均与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用法国PHENIX盆底康复治疗仪,制定个体化的治疗方案,配合自拟的中药汤剂治疗产后女性性功能障碍,比单纯应用中药治疗,效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with biofeedback elec- tric stimulation therapy in treating 30 cases of postpartum female sexual dysfunction.Methods All sufferers received postpartum sexual health education, and the control group were treated with oral administration of TCM decoction, while the observation group, on the basis of oral administration of TCM decoction, were given biofeedback electric stimulation by French neuromuscular stimulation（PHENIX U4） therapeutic apparatus.Both groups were treated for one course of treatment, and after treatment pelvic floor muscle strength was compared.Both groups before and after treat- ment were involved in the questionnaire survey and levator ani muscle split size after Valsalva＇s action was measured by color Doppler ultrasound.And continuous follow-up visit for 2 months was made for comparison. Results Both groups after a course of treatment showed the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength at their own myoelectric poten- tial level was superior to that before treatment（P〈 0.01）.The observation group was significantly better than the con- trol group（P〈0.01）.The high quality of sexual life in the observation group after treatment for 1 month accounted for 76.67%, and compared with the control group,the differences were of high statistical significance（P〈0.01）.The high quality of sexual life in the observation group after treatment for 2 months accounted for 93.33%, and compared with the control group,the differences were of high statistical significance（P〈0.01）.After treatment for 1 month and 2 months, the levator ani muscle split size after Valsalva＇s action was measured by color Doppler ultrasound at pelvic floor in the observation group, compared with the control group, showed differences of high statistical significance（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion France PHENIX pelvic floor rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus, with individualized treatment and the self-made TCM decoction shows much more obvious curative effects than mere application of TCM in the treat- ment of postpartum female sexual dysfunction.
