认知训练联合高压氧治疗脑外伤后认知障碍的临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察认知训练联合高压氧治疗脑外伤后认知障碍的临床效果。方法 64例脑外伤后认知障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,两组均接受基础药物治疗、常规康复治疗和计算机辅助认知功能训练,观察组增加高压氧治疗。治疗前和治疗4周后分别进行简易精神状态量表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)评定结果。治疗后对照组和观察组MMSE和MoCA评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组比较,治疗后观察组的MMSE和MoCA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计算机辅助认知训练联合高压氧治疗可有效改善脑外伤患者认知功能。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of cognitive training combined with hyperbaric oxygen on cog- nitive disorder after traumatic brain injury. Methods 64 sufferers with cognitive disorder after traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treat- ed with basic drug therapy, routine rehabilitation and computer-aided cognitive training, while the observation group were treated additionally with hyperbaric oxygen.MMSE and MoCA were adopted to make the assessment at pre-thera- py and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The scores of MMSE and MoCA in both the control group and the observa- tion group after treatment were higher than those before treatment, with differences of statistical significance(P 〈 0.05). While the scores of MMSE and MoCA in the observation group after treatment were much higher than those of the control group,with differences of statistical significance(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Computer-aided cognitive training com- bined with hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve the cognitive function of sufferers with traumatic brain injury.
