蒙药十三味红花密诀丸治疗过敏性鼻炎32例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 32 Cases of Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Mongolian Medicine Shisanwei Honghua Mijue Pill(十三味红花密诀丸)

目的观察蒙药十三味红花密诀丸治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将64例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。治疗组口服蒙药十三味红花密诀丸,每次10粒,每日2次;对照组口服千柏鼻炎片,每次4片,每日3次,两组共治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞、鼻腔症状积分及血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)水平变化。结果两组患者治疗后各症状积分和血清Ig E水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻腔积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗后血清Ig E水平组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒙药十三味红花密诀丸能改善过敏性鼻炎症状,并降低患者血清Ig E水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Shisanwei Honghua Mijue Pill（ 十三味红花密诀丸） in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods Sixty four patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 32 cases in each. The treatment group was given Mongolian medicine Shisanwei Honghua Mijue Pill,10 pills each time,2 times per day. The control group was given Qianbai Biyan Tablet（ 千柏鼻炎片）,4 tablets each time,3 times a day. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,nasal symptom scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,nasal congestion were observed,and serum level of immunoglobulin E（ Ig E） in the two groups were tested. Results The scores of the symptoms and the serum level of Ig E in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）,and the scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,and nasal congestion in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01）. There was no significant difference in the serum level of Ig E between the two groups after treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Mongolian medicine Shisanwei Honghua Mijue Pill（ 十三味红花密诀丸） could improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis,and decrease patients’ serum level of Ig E.
