黄连素对2型糖尿病患者血清炎症因子水平及肠道双歧杆菌的影响 被引量:31

Effect of Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets on Serum Levels of Inflammatory Factors and Intestinal Bifidobacteria in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

摘要 目的观察黄连素对2型糖尿病患者血清炎症因子水平及肠道双歧杆菌的影响。方法纳入2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)及健康志愿者(健康组)各20例。糖尿病组予黄连素,每次0.3 g,每日3次,治疗8周。观察健康组及糖尿病组治疗前后脂多糖、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及粪便中双歧杆菌总菌的数量。结果与健康组比较,糖尿病组治疗前后肠道双歧杆菌数量显著减少,脂多糖、TNF-α水平显著升高(P<0.01)。Spearman相关分析,糖尿病组患者治疗前双歧杆菌数量与脂多糖、TNF-α均呈负相关(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,糖尿病组治疗后双歧杆菌数量显著升高,脂多糖、TNF-α、FBG、Hb Alc、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论黄连素可以降低2型糖尿病患者血清炎症因子水平,增加肠道双歧杆菌的数量,并在一定程度上改善糖脂代谢紊乱。 Objective To observe the effect of berberine hydrochloride tablets on serum levels of inflammatory factors and intestinal bifidobacteria in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. Methods Twenty patients with diabetes mellitus type 2( the diabetic group) and 20 healthy volunteers( the healthy group) were enrolled. The diabetic group was given berberine hydrochloride tablets,0. 3 g per time,three times every day,for 8 weeks. Levels of lipopolysaccharide,tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α),fasting blood glucose( FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb Alc),triglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),and the amount of total bifidobacteria in faeces in the healthy group and the diabetic group were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the healthy group,the amount of intestinal bifidobacteria in the diabetic group remarkably decreased before and after treatment,while levels of lipopolysaccharide and TNF-α remarkably increased( P 〈 0. 01). According to Spearman correlation analysis,the amount of bifidobacteria before treatment had negative correlations with the levels of lipopolysaccharide and TNF-α( P 〈 0. 05). Compared with that before treatment,the amount of intestinal bifidobacteria in the diabetic group remarkably increased after treatment,while levels of lipopolysaccharide,TNF-α,FBG,Hb Alc,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C all remarkably decreased( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion Berberine hydrochloride tablets could decrease serum levels of inflammatory factors and increase the amount of intestinal bifidobacteria in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2,and could improve glucolipid metabolism disorder to some degree.
