药品合理分类与药品监管制度应用于医院西药房管理的价值研究

Research on Application Value of Drug Rational Classification and Drug Su-pervision System in the West Pharmacy Management

目的对药品合理分类与药品监管制度应用于医院西药房管理的价值进行研究。方法选取实施药品合理分类与药品监管制度前1年,即2014年6月—2015年6月在该院西药房购买药品的患者作为对照组,选取实施后1年,即2015年6月—2016年6月来该院西药房购买药品的患者作为观察组,各有患者5 000例,对两组患者的满意度以及药方差错率进行比较,凭此依据对药品合理分类与药品监管制度应用于医院西药房管理的价值进行分析。结果观察组患者的满意度达到96.06%,而对照组患者满意度为84.14%,和对照组相比,观察组的满意度明显更高。观察组药房差错率为0.62%,对照组为2.44%,和对照组相比,观察组药房差错率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药品合理分类与药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用,可使药品监督管理得到强化,有利于患者满意度的提高以及药房差错率的降低,具有较高的临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To research the application value of drug rational classification and drug supervision system in the west pharmacy management. Methods 5000 cases of patients purchasing drugs in the west pharmacy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected before 1-year implementation of drug rational classification and drug supervision system as the control group, 5000 cases of patients purchasing drugs in the west pharmacy in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected after 1-year implementation of drug rational classification and drug supervision system as the observation group, the satisfactory degree and prescription error rate were compared between the two groups and the application value of drug rational classification and drug supervision system was analyzed on this basis. Results The satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(96.06% vs 84.14%), and the pharmacy error rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,(0.62% vs 2.44%), and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of drug rational classification and drug supervision system in the west pharmacy management can intensify the drug supervision and management, which is conducive to improving the satisfactory degree of patients and reducing the pharmacy error rate, which is of higher clinical promotion and application value.
