目的探讨药品封存登记在临床药品管理中的应用,寻找病房药品的科学高效的管理方法 ,降低药品管理中医疗隐患的发生率,保障用药安全问题,提高科室工作效率和质量。方法以该科为研究对象,对比分析实行药品封存登记管理办法前后科室药品管理的工作效率和工作质量。结果实施药品封存登记管理方法后,科室药品管理工作效率和工作质量明显提升,高效快捷,出错率低,有效减少药品清点时间,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施药品封存管理方法可以大幅提升临床药品管理工作的质量和效率,明显降低科室药品使用和管理的出错率,有效减少药品清点时间和工作量,有助于提升医疗护理质量和患者满意度,值得在临床上予以推广运用。

Objective To study the application of drug seal registration in the clinical drug management, look for the scientific and effective management method of pharmacy drugs, reduce the incidence rate of medical hidden dangers in the drug management, ensure the medication safety management and improve the department working efficiency and quality. Methods Our department was used as the research object, and the working efficiency and working quality of department drug management before and after the implementation of drug seal registration management method were compared and analyzed.Results After the implementation of drug seal registration management method, the working efficiency and working quality of department drug management were obviously improved, and it is effective and rapid with low error rate, which can effectively reduce the drug check time, and the difference before and after comparison was obvious with statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of drug seal management method can greatly improve the working quality and efficiency of clinical drug management, obviously reduce the error rate of department drug utilization and management and effectively reduce the drug check time and workload and help to improve the medical nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
