摘要
目的探讨在肝胆外科压疮患者中实施程序化护理后的应用效果。方法在2014年3至今对该院肝胆外科中800例患者实施压疮程序化护理,同期选取肝胆外科中2011年3月—2013年3月未实施压疮程序化护理的800例患者,分析压疮程序化护理管理的方法,并对比实施前后护理管理效果与压疮发生情况。结果程序化护理实施前在压疮漏报率、治愈率与发生率上均高于实施后,且实施前89.25%的患者满意度也显著低于实施后98.88%的满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对比实施前后护理人员的业务水平发现,实施后护理人员的理论知识、操作技能与压疮风险意识均优于程序化护理实施前,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对肝胆外科患者积极实施压疮程序化护理,有效减少临床压疮情况的发生率,提高治疗效果与患者满意度。极大程度的推动了医疗事业,值得各科借鉴实施。
Objective To explore the application effect of programmed nursing care in patients with pressure ulcer in Department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods In 2014 3 so far in our hospital department of hepatobiliary surgery bedsore procedure nursing 800 patients, 800 patients were selected in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery from March 2011 to March 2013 did not implement the procedure nursing of pressure ulcers, pressure ulcers analysis method of procedural nursing management, the occurrence and compared before and after the implementation of nursing management and the effect of pressure sore. Results The procedure nursing before the implementation of pressure sore in missing rate, cure rate and the incidence rate was higher than that after the implementation, and the implementation of the first 89.25% patients satisfaction was significantly lower than that of satisfaction after the implementation of 98.88%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), flat business compared to the water before and after the implementation of nursing staff found that after implementation of nursing staff the theory of knowledge, skills and awareness of pressure ulcer risk procedure nursing were better than before, significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing care of patients with pressure sore in Department of hepatobiliary surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of clinical pressure ulcers, improve the treatment effect and patient satisfaction. Greatly promote the medical career and is worthy of reference for implementation of subjects.
