应根据实际情况,采用口头教育、书面教育和针对性教育的方式开展乳腺癌患者健康教育活动。要做好入院健康教育,做好术前心理护理和术前准备健康教育,做好术后心理护理、体位护理、引流管护理、饮食护理、肢功能锻炼、潜在并发症观察与预防的健康教育,做好化疗期间和出院健康教育,使患者树立正确的行为和生活方式,不断提高患者的健康观念、对医嘱的依从性和自我护理能力,维持患者身心健康处于最佳状态,促进患者尽早康复。

We should carry out the health education activities of breast cancer patients by oral education, writing education and targeted education according to the practical condition, and we should do a good job in health education, preoperative mental nursing and health education, postoperative mental nursing, body nursing, drainage nursing, dieting nursing, limb function exercise, potential complication observation and prevention and health education during the chemotherapy period and after discharging thus helping patients establish a correct behavioral and lifestyle, constantly improving the health notion of patients, compliance of doctor's orders and self-nursing ability, maintain the physical and mental health of patients at a best state and promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible.
