摘要
护理临床带教已不能只是注重于讲解护理知识,还要注重提升护生的创造力,增强其分析问题、处理问题的能力。消化科带教中向题式学习教学模式中的主要操作方法是注重带教前的预习准备、科学安排临床带教内容、重视带教过程中的小组讨论。在出科之前的1周组织护生进行出科考核,要按照实习带教大纲中规定的项目对护生进行理论方面与和操作方面的考核。当前消化科带教中向题式学习教学模式的重要应用效果是显著增强护生的创造性和参与热情,加深了护生理论与实践的联系,进一步增强了学习动力,使得教学情景更加生动和深刻,护生更容易理解相关的知识。问题式学习教学法改进了以往的教学模式,在今后的护理带教中,有很大的普及价值,值得推广。
