临床路径教学在专科针灸推拿专业实习教学中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨针灸推拿专业实习教学中临床路径教学的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年5月间来湖南中医药大学第一附属医院实习的学生90人,随机将其分成A、B两组各45人,A组为传统教学法,B组为临床路径教学法,比较两组学生的针灸推拿专业考核评分、教学满意度以及对相关知识的具体掌握情况。结果 1B组的考核成绩优于A组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2满意度:B组为95.56%,A组为71.11%,B组高于A组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3对疾病知识的掌握优良率:B组为95.56%,A组为80.00%,数据比较具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论在专科针灸推拿专业中采用临床路径教学,有利于提高教学效率,取得更显著的教学效果,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the application effect of clinical path teaching in the practice teaching of specialist acupuncture and massage major. Methods 90 cases of intern students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine admitted from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the group A adopted the traditional teaching, while the group B adopted the clinical path teaching, and the specialist acupuncture and massage examination score, teaching satisfactory degree and specific mastery condition of related knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results The examination score in the group B was better than that in the group A, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison, P <0.05, the satisfactory degree in the group B was higher than that in the group A, and the difference had statistical significance(95.56% vs 71.11%), P<0.05, and there was a difference in the excellent and good rate of disease knowledge between the group B and the group A, P<0.05. Conclusion Adopting the clinical path teaching in the specialist acupuncture and massage major is conducive to improving the teaching efficiency, which can obtain an obvious teaching effect, and it is worth clinical promotion.
