综合评价在乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Evaluation in the Work of Immu-nization Planning in Township Hospital

目的分析综合评价在乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析该乡镇卫生院应用综合评价前后的免疫规划工作质量,并进行对比。结果综合评价后,乡镇卫生院的儿童预防接种建证率、建卡率与未应用综合评价前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合评价后,乡镇卫生院的BCG、OPV、DPT、MV、乙肝接种率与DPT加强免疫接种率均明显高于未实施综合评价前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合评价后,乡镇卫生院的疫苗针对疾病控制、冷链运转次数及报表、疫苗接种率调查、漏卡率调查及查漏补种以及安全注射的评分较综合评价前均得到明显的改善,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合评价应用在乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作中,能明显提高乡镇卫生院免疫规划工作质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive evaluation in township hospitals immunization programs work.Methods A retrospective analysis of the quality of the immunization program township hospitals before and after the application of comprehensive evaluation and comparison. Results After a comprehensive evaluation of children township hospitals built vaccination rates, there are significant differences(P<0.05) with the rate before the cards are not as comprehensive evaluation.After comprehensive evaluation of the former township hospitals BCG, OPV, DPT, MV, hepatitis B vaccination rate DPT booster immunization rates significantly higher than the implementation of comprehensive evaluation, compared to a significant difference(P<0.05). After comprehensive evaluation, township hospitals vaccines for disease control, and report the number of cold chain, vaccine coverage survey, leak survey and leak rate card replant and injection safety ratings than before comprehensive evaluation were significantly improved, compared to the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Analysis of Comprehensive Evaluation in township hospitals immunization program of work, can significantly improve the quality of EPI hospitals in the town, worthy of promotion.
