42例血液透析相关性低血压的防治及护理措施探讨

Study on Prevention and Nursing Measures of 42 Cases of Patients with Hematodialysis Associated Hypotension

目的根据对42例血液透析相关性低血压患者的防治和护理方法的应用思路进行分析,提出合理的护理治疗方法,提高血液透析相关性低血压患者护理的治疗效果,减轻患者的病痛感。方法选择2015年7月—2016年7月在该院接受治疗的42例血液透析相关性低血压患者,按照随机原则分成观察组和对照组两组,每组21例。两组采取相同的防治措施,但是护理方式不同。观察组采取细节护理和医院的治疗护理相结合,对照组采用普通的医院护理治疗,采用调查分析等方式,对其进行临床治疗和分析,对照两组的护理效果。结果在该院接受治疗的42例血液透析相关性低血压患者经过高质量的细节护理治疗,观察组护理满意度为85%,对照组满意度为71%,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,病情得到有效缓解。结论对于42例血液透析相关性低血压患者采取科学的护理和治疗方式相结合的方式,可以很好地降低患者的发病率,并且保证患者的身体恢复,由此可见科学的护理方式对于血液透析相关性低血压患者的状况,有十分显著的疗效。

Objective To analyze the application thinking of prevention and nursing measures of 42 cases of patients with hematodialysis associated hypotension and put forwards the rational nursing treatment methods thus improving the nursing treatment effect of patients with hematodialysis associated hypotension and relieving the pains of patients. Methods 42 cases of patients with hematodialysis associated hypotension treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 21 cases in each, both groups adopted the same prevention measures but the nursing methods were different, the observation group adopted the detailed nursing and hospital treatment nursing, while the control group adopted the common hospital nursing treatment, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After the high-quality detail nursing treatment, the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,(85% vs 71%), and the disease condition of patients was effectively relieved. Conclusion The scientific nursing and treatment method can better reduce the morbidity rate of patients and ensure the physical recovery of patients, therefore, the scientific nursing method has an obvious curative effect on improving the condition of patients with hematodialysis associated hypotension.
