供给侧结构性改革带给医院的几点思考

目的结合中央关于供绐侧结构性改革这一重大思想方略,分析医药价格综合改革重点和难点,为医药价格综合改革提供意见和建议。方法组织课题成员对南通市8家公立医院医药价格综合改革实施情况进行调查,分析医药价格综合改革后对供给总量、供给结构、供给质量的影响,评价供给侧结构性改革对医药价格综合改革带来的影响。结果医药价格综合改革对公立医院的影响主要表现为:工作量、费用增速放缓,患者支付略有下降,财政补偿偏低等;供绐侧结构性改革背景下。结论供绐侧结构性改革不仅能够为增加医疗有效供给、改善供给结构、提高供给质量等改革提供科学依据,同时能够为医疗管理部门及价格管理部门制定医改政策提供科学依据。

Objective To analyze the hospital price general reform key point and difficult point combined with the major thinking strategy of central government on supply-side structural reform and provide suggestions and advice for medical price general reform. Methods The implementation of medical price general reform of 8 public hospitals in Nantong were surveyed by the topic members, the effect of medical price general reform on the total supply quantity, supply structure and supply quality, and the effect of supply-side structural reform on the medical price general reform was evaluated. Results The main manifestations of medical price general reform on the public hospital were quantity of working, a slowdown cost increase, decreased payment of patients, lower financial indemnity. Conclusion The supply-side structural reform can not only provide scientific basis for increasing effective medical supply, improving the supply structure and improving the supply quality, at the same time, it can provide scientific basis for making medical reform policies by the medical management department and price management department.
