集束化护理管理在膝关节置换患者疼痛护理的应用研究

目的研究并探讨集束化护理管理在膝关节置换患者疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法于2013年1月—2015年12月,选取该院收治的80例膝关节置换患者作为此次研究的对象,采取数字随机表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规疼痛管理,观察组在常规疼痛管理的基础上施加集束化护理管理。比较两组患者的膝关节疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果观察组的膝关节疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分较对照组明显更低(P<0.05),其生活质量评分较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节置换患者的疼痛护理管理中实施集束化护理管理,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善患者的睡眠质量和生活质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To research and discuss the application effect of cluster nursing management in the pain nursing of patients with knee prosthesis. Methods 80 cases of patients with knee prosthesis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine pain management, while the observation group adopted the cluster nursing management on the basis of the control group, and the knee pain degree, sleeping quality score, quality of life score and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results The knee prosthesis and sleeping quality score in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, P<0.05, and the quality of life score was obviously higher than that in the control group, P<0.05, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was 95%, and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation cluster nursing management for patients with knee prosthesis can effectively relieve the pains of patients, improve the sleeping quality and quality of life of patients and improve the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing service.
