人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果研究

Research on Effect of Humanistic Management in Improving the Nursing Quality of Breast Cancer Operation

目的分析并研究人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量当中的应用价值。方法以该院2013年4月—2016年4月收治的120例需要进行乳腺癌手术的患者为研究对象,采用随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各有60例。两组患者均采用手术方法进行治疗,对照组配合常规的护理干预,观察组将人性化管理应用在护理当中,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果经过护理干预,该研究两组患者各个方面的护理质量评估,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者干预前后的生存质量进行评价,干预前两组患者无明显差异,干预以后观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者对护理的满意度,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于临床上需要采用乳腺癌手术进行治疗的患者,为患者采用人性化的管理措施进行护理干预能够有效改善患者的生存质量,提高患者的预后效果,促进患者恢复,提升患者对于护理的满意度,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To analyze and research the application value of humanistic management in improving the nursing quality of breast cancer operation. Methods 120 cases of patients with breast cancer operation admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, both groups adopted the operation method, the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group adopted the humanistic management on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After the nursing intervention, there were obvious differences in the nursing quality evaluations of various aspects between the two groups with statistical significance, P<0.05, before intervention, there was no obvious difference in the survival quality between the two groups, after intervention, the survival quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group, P<0.05, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group, P <0.05, the difference was obvious with statistical significance. Conclusion The humanistic management measures for patients with breast cancer operation for nursing intervention can effectively improve the survival quality of patients, improve the prognosis effect, promote the recovery of patients and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
