在手术室整体护理中,舒适护理应贯穿于手术前访视、接送、麻醉、体位、生理、心理、术中移床以及手术后回访等的每一个细节和全过程,可以减轻手术患者的紧张、畏惧等心理,增加其身心的舒适感,既有利于指导患者对麻醉的配合,方便护士在手术中的观察和管理,又有利于手术后的恢复。舒适护理顺应整体护理的发展需要,可以补充和完善整体护理,充分体现"以人为本"的现代护理理念,进而更好地提高护理质量。

In the holistic nursing in the operating room, the comfort nursing should run through every detail and whole course of the operation including visit, picking up, anesthesia, position, physiology and psychology before operation, bed-moving in operation and follow-up after operation, which can relieve the nervous and fear emotions of operative patients and improve the physical and mental comfort sense, and it is conducive to guiding patients to cooperate with the patients, providing convenience for nurses to observe and manage in operation and recovery after the operation. The comfort nursing should conform to the development needs of holistic nursing, supplement and improve the holistic nursing, fully reflect the people-oriented modern nursing idea thus better improving the nursing quality.
