社会主义核心价值观与医院文化建设具有内在统一性。在新的形势下,医院文化建设的关键和重点就是要在社会主义核心价值观的引领下,构建具有医院自身特色的核心价值体系,形成医院的核心价值观。现阶段医院文化建设必须遵循人本、服务、诚信等价值理念,将理念文化与制度文化、物质文化和行为文化融为一体,形成良好的医院文化,促进医院的可持续性发展。

The core values of Chinese socialism and the hospital cultural construction is internally united, in the new situation, the key and focus of hospital cultural construction is to construct the core values with their own features of hospitals under the leadership of core values of Chinese socialism thus forming a core value of the hospital, currently, the hospital cultural construction must follow the people-based, service and honest ideas and integrate the idea culture, system culture,material culture and behavior culture into one thus forming a good hospital culture and promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.
