超声辅助提取荚果蕨总黄酮的响应面优化 被引量:1

摘要 利用响应面法优化超声辅助提取荚果蕨总黄酮工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box-Behnken实验设计,考察了超声温度、乙醇浓度、液料比及超声时间4个因素及因素间交互作用对总黄酮提取率的影响,建立了回归模型。结果表明,超声辅助提取荚果蕨总黄酮的最佳工艺为:超声温度65℃、乙醇浓度60%、液料比21∶1、超声时间35min,在此条件下,总黄酮的提取率为1.256%,与预测值相对误差为0.641%,验证了该模型的有效性,该工艺与传统提取方法相比,提取率提高了18.49%,是一种高效快速提取荚果蕨总黄酮的方法。 Response surface methodology was used to determine optimum condition for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Matteuccia struthiopteris( L.) Todaro. The extraction temperature,concentration of ethanol,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time were chosen to carry out the single factor experiment. The effect of each factor and their interactions on total flavonoids was studied according to the Box-Behnken response surface methodology,and the regression model was established. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was: extraction temperature 65℃,concentration of ethanol 60%,liquid-solid ratio 21: 1 and extraction time 35 min,respectively. Under these conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 1.256%. Compared to the predictive value the relative error was 0. 641%,indicating that the regression model fitted well with the experimental data.Moreover,the extraction yield was increased by 18.49% as compared to the traditional extraction method,stated that it could be a rapid and efficient extraction method for flavonoids from Matteuccia struthiopteris( L.) Todaro.
