补肾活血法治疗D2聚体升高型复发性流产的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion of Elevated D2 Polymer with the Method of Invigorating the Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation

目的:观察补肾活血法治疗D2聚体升高型复发性流产的临床疗效。方法:将80例D2聚体升高型复发性流产患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组应用阿司匹林联合常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用补肾活血中药治疗,并测定治疗前后血D2聚体浓度。结果:观察组40例中痊愈16例,有效19例,无效5例,痊愈率40%,总有效87.5%。对照组40例中痊愈13例,有效15例,无效12例,痊愈率32.5%,总有效率70%。观察组在临床症状改善和血浆D2聚体测定结果方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血法是治疗D2聚体升高型复发性流产的有效方法。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of recurrent miscarriage type of Elevated D2 Polymer treatment with method of invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation. Methods： 80 cases of D2 dimer elevated in patients with recurrent abortion were randomly divided into the control group and abservation group 40 cases. The control group treated with aspirin together with routine therapy,while,the observation treated with invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation based on the therapy of control group. Then,to observe D2 polymer concentration before and after treatment. Results： The observation group healed in 16 cases,effective in 19 cases,ineffective in 5 case,and recovery rate 40%,total effective 87. 5%. While in the control group,13 cases were recovered,15 cases were effective,12 had no effect,the recovery rate was 32. 5%,total effective rate was 70%. The observation group in the clinical symptoms improved and plasma D2 measurements of polymers in comparison with the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The method of invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation is effective method in treatment elvated D2 polymers to recurrent miscarriage.
