Promoting college students＇ entrepreneurship under the background of ＂mass innovation and entrepreneurship＂is the great subject in front of all the institutions of higher education. This paper analyzes the connotation of the university students＇ entrepreneurship,the current situation of College Students＇ entrepreneurship,the influencing factors of College Students＇ Entrepreneurship and the measures of promoting college students＇ entrepreneurship.
