摘要
随着我国高校收入分配制度改革的不断深入,高职院校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,近年来也在推行岗位绩效工资制。以江苏省为例,抽取部分高职院校教师为样本,通过问卷调查收集数据,采用因子分析法,应用统计学软件SPSS,分析高职院校教师绩效工资实施效果的主因素,提出完善绩效工资运行机制的对策。
The reform of the income distribution system in colleges and universities in our country has been deepening. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational colleges have yet implemented pay- for- performance in recent years. In the case of Jiangsu Province, taking part of the teachers in higher vocational colleges as samples, through the questionnaire survey and data collection, using factor analysis method, applying statistical software SPSS, this paper analyzed the main factors of teachers' pay- for-performance effect in higher vocational colleges and put forward some countermeasures to improve the operating mechanism of pay- for- performance.
