Thoughts on the Refine Management of University Property

随着高等教育的不断发展,高校的学生和教职工人数大规模增加,这对高校物业管理工作提出更高的要求。当前,高校物业管理存在服务单位管理模式陈旧、服务人员文化水平较低、物业管理经费不足等问题。高校物业必须实施精细化管理,从根本上转变观念,增加物业管理投入,加强物业文化建设,树立物业形象。

With the development of higher education, the number of students and faculty in colleges and universities is increasing dramatically,which puts forward higher requirement for university property management.At present,the management of property management in colleges and universities has the problems such as the old service unit management mode,the low service personnel quality,and the sufficient property management funds of the university and so on. University property is necessary to implement the refined management,change the concept fundamentally,increase the investment of property management,strengthen property culture construction,and establish the image of the property.
