摘要
对山西师范大学临汾学院600名学生进行体育课学习满意度调查,所得数据运用SPSS17.0软件进行探索性因子分析和多元回归验证性分析,用于研究大学生体育课学习满意度对体育锻炼行为的影响。结果表明,大学生体育课学习满意度对体育锻炼行为的影响存在显著正相关;按贡献得分大小,大学生体育课学习满意度的五个因子对其体育锻炼行为的影响各异,其中影响最大的是课堂氛围。针对分析结果,提出优化大学体育课程教学的建议。
Through the survey of 600 students'PE learning satisfaction in Linfen College of Shanxi Normal University, the data was obtained and analyzed by using SPSS17. 0 software, EFA and an empirical research to investigate the effects of college students' PE learning satisfaction on physical exercise behavior. The results showed that the influence of the college students' PE learning satisfaction on the physical exercise behavior is significantly positively related. According to the size of their contributions score, the effects of five factors on physical exercise behavior were different, in which the biggest influence is classroom atmosphere. As a result, make suggestions on optimization of college physical education teaching. The corresponding suggestions aiming at the analysis results were proposed for optimizing the college PE teaching.
