当前,随着经济的快速发展,建筑行业发展迅速。因受传统工程造价管理的影响,很多建筑企业依然将造价管理的重点放于施工阶段,通过改进施工技术来降低施工成本,却忽视了设计阶段的投资控制,从而带来资金浪费。通过介绍建筑工程结构设计对工程造价的影响,指出了优化建筑结构的策略与方法。

At present ,with the rapid development of economy , the construction industry has developed rapidly .Because of the influence of the traditional project cost management ,many construction enterprises still focus on the construction stage ,which would reduce the construction cost by improving the construction technology ,but the investment control in the design stage would be ignored ,thus resulting in a waste of money .By introducing the influence of the structural design on the project cost ,the paper points out the strategy and method of optimizing the building structure .
