摘要
以本科教学评估为例,考察大学内部治理中女性参与不足,其原因在于,女性在高校权力分布中的尖端缺损,外界的性别刻板印象,女性自身对社会期待的主动满足,决策者性别敏感意识的缺失等。改善女性在大学内部治理中的参与状况,需要破除观念障碍、体制机制障碍和素质能力障碍。
Taking the evaluation of undergraduate teaching as an example ,the paper analyzes the main causes and mechanisms of women’s insufficient participation in internal governance of universities ,which derives from the female defect in the distribution of power in colleges and universities ,the gender stereotype of the outside world ,the women’s self-satisfaction to the social expectation ,the lack of gender-sensitive consciousness of decision-makers , etc .To improve the participation of women in the internal governance of universities ,we need to get rid of the obstacles of ideology ,system and mechanism and the ability of quality .
