多元对接模式下电子信息工程专业教学体系的构建

摘要 在目前大力开展工程教育专业认证的背景下,针对电子信息工程专业的特点和就业需求,提出了"多元对接"模式下的电子信息类人才培养体系,并从理论教学、实践环节、实训和科研创新等方面入手,分五个模式进行构建。实践证明,该体系有助于提升学生就业的竞争力、实践能力、创新力及动手能力,能有效推动创新实践人才的培养。 As the rapid development of engineering education accreditation system ,according to the employment demand and the characteristics of the electronic information and engineering major ,this paper proposes and constructs a training system for electronic and information engineering major based on multi-docking mode .The proposed educational system is constructed with five parts ,which is proceeded with theory education ,practice ,training and science research innovation .The results show that the proposed educational system promotes the growing of practical and innovative talents and improves the competitiveness ,practical ability ,creativity and manipulative ability .Moreover ,it accumulates plenty of experience on the training of practical and innovative talents and acquires remarkable effects .
