摘要
在充分理解新型工业化内涵的基础上,建立由经济发展程度、工业信息化程度、生态环境治理、资源集约利用和社会经济效益等方面构成的指标体系,采用综合赋值法确定权重,测度新疆及其区域新型工业化进程。结果表明:从时间上看,2003—2013年新疆新型工业化水平呈现出增长趋势,并处于初级向中级的过渡阶段;从空间上看,新疆各地州市新型工业化水平差异显著,最高处于新型工业化的中级阶段,最低处于新型工业化的起步阶段;北疆地区的新型工业化程度最高,东疆次之,南疆地区最为薄弱,并形成向北疆地区集聚趋势。
On the basis of understanding the new connotation of industrialization, the paper establishing integrated index system by the degree of the development, the degree of industrial information, ecological environment protection, intensive utilization of resources and social and economic benefit. Taking comprehensive assignment method to determine index weight and evaluate the new industrialization in Xinjiang and its administrative sub-tunits. The new industrialization in Xinjiang presents a growth trend from 2003 to 2013, and in the stage of elementary to intermediate transition. The new industrialization level of the administrative subunits in Xinjiang is significantly different, the highest is in the new industrialization intermediate stage and the lowest is in the early stage of new industrialization. The highest level of new industrialization is in northern Xinjiang, eastern Xinjiang is the second, southern Xinjiang is the lowest, and form trends to agglomerate in northern Xinjiang.
