欠发达地区城市传统单位社区居民通勤特征分析——以西宁城区为例

Analysis of Commuting Features of Traditional Danwei Community Residents in Underdeveloped Areas' City: A Case Study of Xining

随着单位制度的逐步瓦解,传统单位社区也随之转型,其居民属性也发生巨大改变,原单位社区居民的通勤也发生相应变化,欠发达地区由于城市化进程滞后,传统单位社区的改造相应滞后,与城市化进程快的地区有着较大差别。根据西宁城区7个典型传统单位社区的723位就业居民通勤问卷调查数据,对传统单位社区居民的通勤进行分析,结果表明:(1)欠发达地区传统单位社区居民通勤仍以短时间、短距离、低机动化为主;(2)不同类型传统单位社区居民通勤存在差异;(3)传统单位社区居民的通勤特征及居民属性能够反映传统单位社区转变进程。

With the gradual collapse of Danwei system, Danwei community also transformed. Dramatically change of the property of Danwei community led to the change of Danwei community residents’ commuting. Underdeveloped areas’ traditional Danwei community has a great difference compared with urbanization faster area because lags behind of urbanization leads to the lags behind of transformation of traditional Danwei community. In this paper, based on data of commuting survey of 723 employed residents in 7 typical traditional Danwei community in Xining,researches are conducted and get some useful results：（1） Currently, traditional Danwei community is still based on short-time, short-range, low motorized commuting;（2） Different types of traditional Danwei community commuting differences;（ 3 ） Change the position of the commuting of traditional Danwei community residents and the property of socio-economic can reflect the transformation process of traditional Danwei community.
